San Francisco's Third Eye Blind continue down a more earnest path on their second album. Energetic cut "Anything" showcases frontman Stephan Jenkins' way with a hook. Although there is nothing as radio-friendly as their debut, it's still a proper pop record with a palpable sense of strip mall edginess for the kids.
