Juvenile's first album with Cash Money lacks the shine of subsequent releases (this was before Juvie signed to Universal), which actually works to its advantage. He adopts what must be a triple-time flow for the spastically observational "Pimpinabitch" and makes an attempt at narrative on the bloody "Livin' in the Project."
