The L.A. nü-metal outfit's reunion after 13 years sounds like they never went away -- though its grumpy lyric obsessions ("I.O.U. Nothing," "Bad Blood Between Us," "Rivals") suggest they might hold long grudges. Tracks tend to open with industrial or psychedelic swirls -- the title cut's got the coolest clanking and squeaking -- then move on to gravelly bully-boy yapping, presented as moshpit rapcore ("The Bridges You Burn"), constricted funkcore ("Empty Handed") or pounding stomp ("Over My Head"). There's also "Dumpster Dive" -- a minute-long interlude of noises from the junkyard.
