Though currently serving a life sentence for killing a teenager at a nightclub, New Orleans rapper C-Murder (Master P's younger brother) still manages to get out his sixth solo LP. Grim keyboard arrangements and thumping beats set the tone, supporting C's mellow and world-weary crime rhymes.
